CHARACTERISTICS

Dry white wine made from Canelli muscat grape. About 35 years old vineyard, vertical trellising. Integrated rainfed agriculture. Grape harvest: late August - first week of September. Fermentation temperature - controlled with use of indigenous yeasts. Aged in stainless steel for 5/6 months.

  • Colour: strong straw yellow
  • Aroma: fruity (yellow fruits), sweetly spicy and light iodium scent
  • Taste: soft, fresh and bitter, with ripe fruit scents and salty perfume
