CHARACTERISTICS

Red wine from Nero di Troia. 60 years old vineyard, Guyot system, not watered, conducted with integrated farming techniques, organic fertilizers without the use of herbicides.
Grape harvest is made manually in the second half of October, for a total of 60 quintals per hectare. Fermentation is temperature - controlled with use of indigenous yeasts for about 4 days. The wine is refined in steel for 12 months, then for 3 months in oak barrels from Slavonia, at least 6 months in bottle.

  • Aspect: excellent fluidity, colour ranging from purple to bright prune
  • Aroma: Vanilla, cinnamon, red fruit
  • Taste: easy to drink, fresh, tannic and warm, tasty and enjoyable. Good body and structure but not heavy, good acidity, distinctly fruity, good persistence
